About Waist-ShapeHER

Waist-ShapeHER do what it says on the tin. They cinch/shape in the waist, giving the wearer an instant hourglass. For an experienced wearer, the change in waist size can be as much as six or seven inches, an outstanding level of support and a garment that will keep its shape over time, no matter how tightly it might be.

The Waist-ShapeHER are some of our best and most carefully. As we're sure you'll agree, six inches of slimming (three dress sizes) is quite a difference.

Just one word of caution before you check out the range and find your perfect cincher: corset training is a serious business. Like any kind of training, whether you're taking a cooking class or preparing for a marathon, it's best to start off easy and slow then work your way up to more intense activity. Don't try lacing the corset as tight as it will possibly go immediately- wear it more loosely at first. Let your body get used to the corset gradually.

If you are undertaking a long-term body reshaping exercise involving training corsets, consult a doctor first (if you haven't already). It's best to be absolutely sure how you're going to go about it safely and understand the potential consequences fully before getting started.
