Q: What size should I order?

A: Order your shirt size. Be careful ordering a size down in the latex. It already fits EXTREMELY tight.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Waist-ShapeHER ask that you allow 7-10 business days (Mon-Thursday, Friday-Sun are considered weekends). If your order is placed Thursday after 5pm your order will not process till the following business day. It is possible that sizes, & colors might run out. So please allow 12 full business days before you contact Waist-ShapeHER.

Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S?

A: Yes, Waist-ShapeHER ships to all places. Anywhere you are located to comfort customers.

Q: Where is Waist-ShapeHER located?

A: Georgia,but our company does travel.

Q: What if it doesn't fit?

A: That simply mean you ordered the wrong size. Waist-ShapeHER allows a ONE time exchange. We do not do refunds on garments. If garment is entitled to be to small or not how you want garment to fit you will be required to send back to company within 7-10 business with all original packaging. Once customer has garment it is customer responsibility to contact company and their responsibility to send back. Please keep in mind, that does NOT included garments that were purchased "On Hand". On hand sales are FINAL! 

Q: How long to wear Waist-ShapeHER garment?

A: 8-10 hours a day. Or longer. You can sleep in garments as well.
